How to run programs at boot?

I have a download manager installed and it needs to run at boot to work.

Well, I have a terrible memory and I never remember to run it.

I tried searching, but didn't see anything referencing this. I can't imagine there isn't something.

Appreciate the help. If there is a thread addressing this, I would be happy pointed in that direction and have this thread closed.
