Phone Wont Work After Phone Calls ??

Hey guys . So I have an Iphone 4 , on 4.1 and I have the FiftyShadows HD theme .
Just to name a few of my jailbroken apps :
********** , N64 Emulator , PSX4All , BiteSMS , iBlank , Iconoclasm , iNav , iNXE , a few others but i cant think of them right now .

But , my problem is that when someone calls me or after i make phone calls my phone freezes and will not light back up or do anything unless i press the lock button about 10 times .
Could it be something in my settings ? Or one of the jailbroken apps messing with my phone ? I also turned off my theme and it still did it . Any suggestions or should i just re jailbreak ?
