Default Grrr...Touchscreen lockout after call on jailbroken iPhone

    I have a 3GS running 4.0 unlocked on T-Mobile.

The phone has been doing okay but has slowly begun to have issues after jailbreaking it with jailbreakme. Namely, after a call, the touchscreen locks out and I can't use it. The buttons still work but no touch screen. this usually lasts about 30 seconds to a minute or two. Also, I have begun noticing it somehow feels the need to respring quite often as of late.

I haven't installed any new apps or tweaked in any way. I was wondering if I'm having some issues with the jailbreak. Should I wait until the unlock is available with the LimeRa1n jailbreak and rebreak it on that?

This is beginning to get frustrating.

    Thanks in advance.

    Well that's no good.

Do you have a Mac? Upgrade to 4.1 via Pwnagetool's custom firmware. It won't update your baseband so you will be able to keep your unlock.

If you have a PC, you'll have to wait for sn0wbreeze to be released, which should be sometime soon.

Cool, I kinda was thinking that but was also wondering if anyone else has had the same problem and fixed it.

    Thanks!

I think it'd be best for you to start fresh with a custom restore. Obviously something is buggy or corrupted.
