Ok I was editing this .plist file and I kinda messed up. Now my Settings>General app has gone blank so I need someone with a iPhone 4 on 4.1 to SSH to /Applications/Preferences.app and upload the General.plist file for me.
Pwnagetool for 4.1 is now available, you can use it to create a 4.1 custom ipsw, change ipsw to zip, after unzip the package you'll find a big dmg file, it's the image of the whole iphone.
