3G Unlocked/Broken: Can send photos, can't receive them

I have 3-3g phones that are unlocked and jailbroken with Blackra1n. They are all on T-Mobile and work fine. Except for one phone.

One phone can send photos via MMS perfectly but cannot receive them. I didn't do anything differently with this phone. I get an error message that says something like "cannot display multimedia content" (I don't have the phone here to get the exact error).

Can this be fixed?

I believe there is a package in Cydia for t-mobile to fix MMS issues. I'm not 100% sure, I just recall seeing/hearing about it. Have a look and see if you come across anything. It might not be on the Modmyi repo though, so if you can't find anything then have a google for it. Hopefully someone with more experience will reply here and help you further.
