Can't delete apps on iPhone 4?

Hello,
I have a jailbroken iPhone 4 iOS 4.0.2, I'm trying to delete some unwanted apps but I couldn't! I know that I have to touch an icon and wait for the whole icons to start shaking then tap the "X" which I did with no luck!

What icons are you trying to delete? Apps downloaded from cydia have to be uninstalled through the cydia "manage" section. Apps that come standard with the iPhone (ones provided by Apple) aren't recommended to delete via some methods, but the icons can be hidden via SBSetting's more menu.

Nevermind problem solved lol!
I had to disable some options in iLock Pro that was preventing the phone from deleting the apps.
Much appreciated though..
