i downloaded a file using safari file manager and it is completed and in var private mobile library how to i access that and then get the app to work when i do find it. ive tryed looking everywhere in my iphone and cant find how thanks

You can try connecting to your Iphone via some SSH program... however I also suggest that you improve your language skills (nothing personal)

sorry for my bad grammar, the files are on my phone already not on my pc. Ive tried the ssh thing befor with my first iphone 4 but not this one and still was unable to locate the files on my cell. is there a cydia programm i need to find the files?
