MxTube file issue. Need advice on file locations.

Ok I had the "old" MxTube. It worked great.
I updated it and all of the videos disappeared. I know they were still on the phone just didn't show in the new MxTube.
I used funbox to copy them to my pc then pasted them in the new mxtube's media folder.
They don't show up right and they won't play.
Then I upgraded to 4.1 firmware. Limerained. Reinstalled MxTube. Videos still show up but will not play.
How do I...
A) get them deleted and off the list in the MxTube program.
B) save them correctly so they show up AND play.
Any advice would help. Thanks

My best guess is the new mxtube uses a different codec to save the files, it would be best to download them again..
Oh you should try out yourtube 2 aswell, I think it's much better because it's integrated into the YouTube app
