Anyone know why sb settings airplane mode is not working?
Not even the icon shows up. And I have the latest ipt and we have airplane mode. Anybody know a fix for this? Thanks

why would you need airplane mode on an IPT? just use the wifi switch...
there has been an issue with SB settings since iOS4 and airplane mode on iphones... it doesn't "seem" to work but, if you turn it on, all you get is "Searching..." in the status bar...

Yeah - it certainly works it just doesn't look like it - just a glitch in the way SBSettings works with iOS 4.x.x I guess. With the iPod touch, the WiFi and Bluetooth toggles pretty much amount to the same thing.

Is it truly shut off or is it actually 'searching'? If it is searching then the battery will take a huge hit.

lol, do the old school test and hold it next to a speaker/alarm clock... if the alarm clock goes crazy it is definitely NOT working...
