Internet tethering problem

Hey guys I just updated to 4.1 and jailbroke my iphone 4. I now notice that in my settings the internet tethering wheel is spinning and doesn't stop. I think this is draining my battery and when I try to click it nothing happens. Is there any way to stop this?

I've been up and down the internet trying to find a solution also. This would be the place to find it. No one obviously has an answer yet. Your post is 4 days old. Maybe this bump will generate something.
