iphone 4 not connecting to cyberduck help!!!

I have already connected to the iphone trough cyberduck before to install netflix when then app wasn't available on the app store for the iphone. I tried to connect today but it says log in failed i typed in my wifi ip adress into cyberduck port 22 and username root and password alpine but it doesn't log in. what can i do?

This may sound stupid, but do you have SSH turned on? and make sure it's on the SSH setting in cyberduck and not FTP or something else?

yea i made sure i had it in that setting. any other ideas
