Aptbackup wiped my icons

I've just updated to 4.1 and jailbreak'd.
I thought I would use Aptbackup to make my life easier with my stuff from cydia. Bad idea. It reinstalled my cydia stuff fine, but wiped every icon from appstore apps. Gone.
Itunes shows no apps installed, but there is a big fat chunk of yellow "other" in the little graph, presumably the apps corpses? They are all on there, but the phone nor itunes can see them!
It also seems to have trashed my themes folder!!

Any idea what I can try before I have to restore and start again manually?

i just did the same thing and it happened to me too. apparently we have to re-restore from backup once more after restoring from aptbackup. I haven’t tested it out yet coz i need to go to work. Will try restoring again later when i get back home.

I did the same thing just now. I'm so bummed. Something went wrong. This ******* sucks!
