just jailbroke again, couple of app issues

i had to get a replacement 3GS from apple last week, and used limera1n to jb last night. in the process of rebuilding everything i had from cydia.... there are a couple apps i am having issues with. previously i was on 4.0, now on 4.1, that may be the reason, but it may be not, thats y im here to check.

1 - switcher plus - the "kill prior" arrow icon doesn't come up, and the option is on.

2 - istrings - doesn't work.

3 - there was a tweak i had that removed the badges from the folders... i can't seem to find it in the tweaks or utilities section of cydia

can't think of any others now, thanks
