Confused. Greenpoison, LimeRa1n or RedSn0w???

I'm a iPod Touch 3G 32GB user.

Currently with 3.1.3 and I want to restore to 4.1 and jailbreak it.

What jailbreak software should I use??

Some people told me to use Limera1n, but in their website they say:
"for 3G, use redsn0w"

So what should I do? use redsn0w? use limera1n? or maybe wait for greenpoison?

redsn0W is for iPhone 3G's not iPod 3g's. Use limera1n.

Limera1n is fine now that's it's on it's 4th release. Go for it.

alll i'm saying is geo's crap has caused a lot of problems with people's iphones. Ever heard of the boot loop? yeah, his fault. I do like how they work with installing the ra1n app and then you can reinstall cydia if you lost it by being stupid some how...

Can you please help me even though Ive installed limera1n?
As I said, Ive installed limera1n, but when I'm trying to install cydia its like "Downloading cydia..." for lots of time and then I get a timeout error (Yeah, I'm connected to the internet).
