Sort iTunes App Store Through Ratings

Slightly random question, but is it possible to sort the apps through ratings, i.e. not through best-selling or highest grossing but through most and highest rated?

I assume this is not possible on iTunes itself, but is there some mod or other website that does this? I remember I saw a website that was basically the regular iTunes pages, but without those annoying slow loading times, so is there something like that that would help?

There aren't ratings in Cydia yet. As far as I know, it's being worked on.

edit: disregard my post. I thought you meant Cydia apps.

Thanks, but as you said, I didnt mean Cydia apps, but iTunes apps.

Any ideas?
