Installing apps via Cydia/Appsync

K, havent done it 'yet'....if my iphone 4 on 4.1 is jb tomorrow (thanks Dev etc) and Cydia is then on my phone. Ive read about using appsync to install an app but where do i put the app to begin with? drop it into itunes/apps then click on appsync?

If theres a readme file please kick me in the right direction.....all the googling has just told me how to install appsync etc.

appsync is for cracked/pirated apps. You wont find help with that here.

Thanks....evidently more reading required. I guess Appsync isn't the installer I'm after.

The only installers you need are iTunes and cydia.
