I have a quite beaten up 3G, but i want to give it a second life. How can i wipe everything from it? (including jailbreak) Thanks.

Do you still want to be jailboken afterward? If not, do a restore to stock 4.1 (do NOT do this if you depend on an unlock though as it will update your baseband).

Or do a restore to like 3.1.3 and sn0wbreeze up to 4.1. Don't restore from a backup since you want to go fresh.
