How to get iphone back to normal after windows reinstall... JB

I have a IP4 running on 4.0 and my computer ate it so I had to reformat the HD. I have successfully reverted all my songs and photos back to the computer but I'm trying to figure out what to do about all the apps I have. I obviously don't have them in Itunes so they are just left on my iphone. Now when an update comes up I can't do it because it says "i have not purchased this" which I HAD done but they got wiped. How do I go about getting the paid apps back on my computer in Itunes so everything will sync like it should? Hopefully there is a way around....

Look them up on iTunes and redownload them. It will show the buy button but if u bought them, a pop up will come up saying that u have already purchased them and if u would like to redownload. Just hit the yes.
