Default What does this icon on my iPhone 3GS status bar mean?

So I downloaded a few stuff from Cydia yesterday and now whenever I talk on the phone, text, use Safari, or have my dial pad up I see this icon on my status bar. It's a square shape with the letter N on it. It's next to the bluetooth status icon. What is it?

Oops, I posted in the wrong place. Sorry I'm new.

Oh yeah I just downloaded Backgrounder. So I guess the N is from Backgrounder? Is there anyway I can turn it off or do I have to uninstall it?
There are no short cuts to any place worth going.

It means that it doest need backgrounder to multitask it, it does it by itself

Although it's not always best to use native as sometimes it won't be as efficient, you can turn native off in backgrounder
