Wifi Signal

Not sure what happened but my wifi was acting buggy and slow on my 3GS so I decided to rejoin my network. Now I can't get the wifi signal back on my phone. I joined the network fine with the key but no signal indicator on my phone. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Also can't seem to ssh into my phone since upgrading winscp the other day but I don't think the two issues are related.
