Default iP4 serious problem. How to upgrade while jailbroken?

So my iPhone4 is running 4.0, Jailbreak.me jailbroken. It worked great for a while, but now I can not make or receives any calls. Ill either get silence or static. 100% of the time. I can receive data fine, text messages fine. Just no calls.

Im going to try to upgrade it, but Im not sure how to do that. If upgrading does work, I want to be able to keep my jailbreak, and I'd hope to be able to save what Ive done.

How should I procede with this? I have teh SHSHs stored via Cydia.

If you have the SHSH saved for 4.0 or 4.0.1 then just restore to that firmware and reuse jailbreakme.com.

Restore and setup as new to see if the problem is actually firmware and not hardware.

So I have to use TinyUmbrella right?

    Cydia shows SHSH: iOS 4.01, 4.02, 4.1.

Is there any way to "back up" the jailbreak work, like the ringtones that have been downloaded and such?

A restore attempt gives me error 3002, with the phone in or out of DFU mode.

Resetting network settings did not change anything.
