Well the whole point of jailbreaking is to have root access to the device and run unsigned software..so basically what ur asking is "anyway to jailbreak without jailbreaking" lol

There may be ways to install "cracked" .ipa's without root access (IPAGOD), nut I dont think there will be much else you can do
