iphone 3g and itunes ?

ok i have a phone 3g with version 3.1.3 and itunes with 10.0.1 version i have downloaded a few apps to my phone and now when i connect to itunes and add more stuff to my phone it wants to delete some of my apps is there a way to stop itunes from deleting my apps.

Well yes there are , the main way to do this is to actually purchase said apps legally and when u connect to iTunes , iTunes will tell you to transfer purchases to the computer...other then that we don't tolerate piracy/cracked apps in this forum.
