Help with IP4, jailbreak and bluetooth issues

I did the jailbreakme with 4.01 when it came out and since then if i turn bluetooth off, my phone reboots itself into safe mode. Nothing else was installed and no matter what ive done since, this problem plagues me Any ideas how to fix this?

Restore is probs gna be easier than searching for a fix

How do i go about restoring? cydia says it has 4.01 in database but dont know the steps.
