Latest Cydia version iOS4?

I'm running a 3GS on firmware 4.0 jailbroken with the custom firmware one... Can't remember what that is.

Anyway, Cydia has not updated to my knowledge since three months ago when I jailbroken it... And it runs very very slow and often hangs. What is the latest version - and how can I update to it if I don't already have it?

I think my version is 1.0.32 something.

If it needs updating it will tell you once you let the data "reload" otherwise you'll need a restore to fix the crashing
