HTC Clock Springboard problem - need help

Hi. I install HTC Clock Springboard and iblank and one first page a cant see the clock. First page is empty, only iblank icons. I see the clock when I from mail open a some link in Safari. When I click on link the clock is show a less than a second when is the safari is opened.

I notice.. that clock is shown when I slide to unlock phone. That second-.. in the middle of unlock and see the springboard and icons there..

How can i get clock on first page and what I doing wrong Please help.

Do I have to install something else? Or this didnt work at os 4.0.1. Jb?

I instal SBtimeanddate and here is background blank (black) and when it is on in winterboard then i see the theme. Question is how I can remove my bacground image? In wallpaper in setting I can nly change wallpaper but nt remove to blank/black wall. Can anyone help? Thanks
