How can I remove 'Rock' app

The title says it all, I have 'Rock' app on my phone and would like to remove it (as I believe ALL apps are now with 'Cydia')
usually an (x) appears if you want to delete an app.

Any suggestions please.

If you open Cydia and go into manage packages you should be able to uninstall Rock from there. At least that's what worked on my phone.

I second what tourettes says, that is how to delete all packages from cydia, themes, apps, tweaks etc.
