switch phones and keep apps from old phone??

I've got a white 16 gig 3gs..locked and unjailbreakable.

Just bought a black 8 gig factory unlocked(unjailbreakable)

In iTunes, I havent had it Sync any of my apps, and really don't fell like reinstalling them.

If I go ahead and have iTunes sync my apps..will i lose em off my old phone, or will I be able to just sync and then do a backup of my old phone to my new one??

Or if you can't understand what I'm wanting..I'm wanting to swap phones and keep my apps from my old phone but haven't had itunes back em up.

If you use the same iTunes account for both then syncing the old one would put them in iTunes then syncing the new one would put them on it. As long as they are the same iTunes account. Or even restoring from a backup from the old one can do that to the new one but it is always best practice to setup as new.

You can have your purchased iTunes apps installed on a an infinite (or at least seemingly infinite) number of iDevices simultaneously as long as they are all on the same iTunes account like Cer0 said. I know my apps are on my iPad, i4, 3GS, 3G, iPT2G, as well as my younger sisters 3GS.
