Terms and Conditions page not displaying

Hi all,

Not sure what I did but when connecting to free wifi areas such as Starbucks or at the airport I use to get a safari popup with terms and conditions screen and an accept button. Because i dont get the terms and conditions screen now i cant get to the internet. It looks like its getting the correct IPs and all but because i cant accept the terms i get no connection. The wifi works fine at home using wep

Any help appreciated. iPhone 3GS 4.0.1 jb

When you connect to the network in settings leave it for a minute (upto 5 on my college network) and the popup will come eventually, the only other suggestion is to open safari and it should popup straight away (but I guess you've tried this already)

I havent tried waiting for 5 minutes but i will to see what happens. I have opened up safari right after words but only got a no connection error. I even tried doing the actual URL for the terms and conditions page to get the same error. Thanks for the suggestions
