iPhone 4 Released In The UAE , But No Facetime

new member , I am planning on getting an iPhone 4 and I live in the UAE

I have no problems at all with the iPhone 4 except for one which is FaceTime

Apparently my carrier "Etisalat" is removing Facetime from the iPhone 4 here in the UAE (Link Down)

I was wondering even if they remove it , Will I be able to get it somehow?

Your answers would help me alot , I hope there is a way though

You might be able to get it back once the 4.1 jailbreak is released, but until then there is no guarantee.
