Need Error 14 Help

Ok My Phone Got Stuck On The Boot Screen I Let It Load And Nothing So I Was Holding Power&Home Until It Went Into Recover Mode And Now When I Try To Recover It I Get A Error 14 I Tried A Different Usb Slot Didn't Usb Charger I Deleted The Files In Appdate That Everyone Talks About But Still Nothing Any One Know What To Do ?

Is it in DFU mode?
If not follow one of the many guides to get it into DFU and iTunes will recognise and restore, I don't know what error 14 is..
Have you tried iReb or iRecBoot i think it's called, they get iDevices out of b loops

Dose It Work With iPhone 4 And Error Says On iTunes Its Either Usb Plug Or Slot I Tried 3 Diffrent Wires New And Old And Try All Usb Slots On My Pc
