AddressBook.sqlitedb Redaer
I copied the AddressBooksqlite.db files from my 3gs before it got stolen.
I've tried to copy them back to my iphone 4 via ssh but it does not read them.
Is there a program that can read these sqlitedb files so I can at least manualy re-enter my contacts?

You can read it using Total Commander if you install the SQLite reader plugin. You can find the plugin in the very last post on this page: Total Commander :: View topic - SQLite lister plugin
About just moving it to your new i4, did you make sure the file permissions and ownership was correct? For reference, on my 3GS on 3.1.2 the permissions are:
/var/mobile/Library/AddressBook [folder]
Ownership
Owner: mobile
Group: mobile
Access Permissions
User: Read, Write, Execute
Group: Read, Write, Execute
World: Read, Write, Execute
/var/mobile/Library/AddressBook/AddressBook.sqlitedb [file]
Ownership
Owner: mobile
Group: mobile
Access Permissions
User: Read, Write
Group: Read
World: Read
/var/mobile/Library/AddressBook/AddressBookImages.sqlitedb [file]
Ownership
