How to reinstall an app without lossing saved data?
I am trying to upgrade to newer version of the app. I have found that if I replace the app in my itunes into a same version, and when I sync it, it won't actually replace the app. It seems like itunes just skips it. How do I replace the app with same version and still force my iphone to replace the app?
I ask this because that app I installed is not a complete cracked version.

Try deleting the app from the phone directly and then sync. It should keep save-data.
I don't fully follow your post, but if it's a cracked version then who knows...--= Fortes fortuna adiuvat =--

I tried to delete the app from my phone, but when I do that, the saved data for that app is gone.

Ok so your not really sposed to talk bout cracked apps, but, whenever i wna be safe with my saved games i just navigate to the that apps folder, and save everything in "library" and everything in "documents". The saved game is usually in library but prefernces are in documents

Once youve done that just put all the files back in the same place once youve upgraded
