Problems in Cydia

1.hi guys i have an error when i open cydia.. i attach an image below




2. i cant install winterboard. becoz of this i cant download any themes from cydia. when i click the install or download button its shows this error




plz give me A suggestion how to fix this problem..

Seems to be too many files missing. You'll have to find a way to reinstall those dependencies or restore and rejailbreak.
