Games crash with green and black grainy screen

My ipod touch 2g is jailbroken with jailbreakme.com (4.0) Some games like Angry Birds crash with a grainy green & black screen. I open Angry Birds and then it crashes and then I see the image of the Angry Birds logo except it's green and black and grainy. I can't quit so I have to press the power button and the home button at the same time to quit and wait for my iPod touch to restart. Any way to prevent this? I want to play Angry Birds.

could try using appback, backing up all your stuff and moving to 4.2.1, the last and final buildfor your device. it may fix your problem and its always jailbreakable
