Default iTunes starts removing apps when ı connect to iTunes everytime I sync

Since I bought my iphone 4, everytime I connect it to my computer it first backs up, then sometimes says transferring purchases (some free app updates) and then start removing apps. There does not seemto be a reason for removal. (all of them are free apps)

wıth my 3gs the only thing it would do was to have transfer my purchases or remove them and when ı transfer them all would be well.

Not the case here. İs there setting in iTunes that I am missing? Please let me know

    thanks

    itunes version 9.2.0 btw

Go into iTunes with the phone in and right click on your iPhone click transfer purchases, any luck? In order for u to have them on your phone they have to be in iTunes which is why iTunes does a backwards sync that should only COPY them off your phone
