Don't wanna loose my tethering...

I just got my factory unlocked iPhone 4 and it's on 4.0.2. The tethering options is available, but I don't know if I updating to 4.1 will take it away... Guess it's very unlikely but I wanna make sure. Does anybody know? Thanks.

On 4.1 and tethering is still there and working.

Here's the thing...have you actually used it to tether? If you tried, might the option vanish?

I've also got a factory unlocked (Australia rocks) iP4 that I've updated to iOS4.1 and the tethering option is still there.
Am able to turn it on and it gives the options of USB or bt. But can't test this as I'm at my gf's place - no toys.
