Cydia Shut downs the phone while loading packages ..Please Help Guys..Thanks

Ok guys im having this odd problem when i open up cydia the packages start loading but few seconds it just shuts and restarts my phone...I havent installed anything new it was working fine but now its just keep happening...Anyone had this problem or may be know wots going now or how to fix it? please ur help would be highly appreciated....Thanks

Stupid question, but have you tried turning off and on again? I'm afraid that's my beat suggestion other than a restore
