Bouncy Scrolling

How can i stop this. Like in sms, mail, notes, contacts etc..
its REALLY annoying and a waste of time.

Hmm sorry don't know that phone really shouldn't be doin it. Have you tried rebooting?

you dont get what i mean. you know how when you over scroll, it scrolls passed a little bit of the border of the page and then goes back? i want it to just stop scrolling when it hits the top/bottom of whatever im scrolling on.

O ok I see. Why exactly? Just a lil pet peeve? I have never heard of a tweak for that but if I stumble upon one I'll try to find this thread again and let ya know.

well yeah its a waste of time. id rather just click on what i want to rather than waiting 3 seconds for it to get done over scrolling.
