Action Menu Plus Pack - Enhances the action menu that appears for copy & paste. Can include favorite clips to insert, paste history, tweeting, etc.
Activator - Gives the ability to perform specific commands & open apps by simple gestures. (it's what SBSettings uses now when you swipe the statusbar)
Attachment Saver - Like it sounds, allows you to dl and save email attachments. You need iFile if you want to view/access them.
Auto3G - Turns off the 3G radio whent he phone is locked, thus saving battery. Can put a delay timer on it.
Cyntact - Adds images to the contacts list
Firewall IP - Just like it sounds, can block/allow connections
FolderCloser - Closes the springboard folder when you return to the homescreen from an app inside it, rather than leaving the annoying folder open.
Iconoclasm - Allows customization of icon layouts.
iFile - basically iOS version of Windows Explorer or Finder. Allows you view/play/copy/paste/delete/search files. Combined with attachment saver and safari download manager, this is by far one my most used apps.
Infinidock - Put a limitless amount of apps on the Dock, can scroll through them just like the regular pages.
Infinifolders - Put more than 12 apps in a folder
iRealSMS 3.0 - IMHO the best Texting app. Quick reply/send. Can read texts outloud. Not to mention, the best customer service/support of any app I've ever used.
Multifl0w - Expose style multitasking. Was immensely popular before iOS 4 came out. Now it replaces the stock multitasking, but I honestly don't think its worth the $5 price anymore.
MyWi 4.0 - Turn your phone into a wifi hotspot.
Password Generator - Name says it all.
PDF Patch - Closes the exploit Comex used with jailbreakme.com v2
PrivaCy
Remove Background Apps - SBSettings toggle to close all backgrounded apps.
Safari Download Manager - Download files via safari.
SBSettings - Must have! Quick access to common tasks: turn on/off wifi/3g, adjust brightess, etc.
ScreenDimmer - Adjust the delay for the backlight turning off, thus saving battery.
Shrink - Resize the SB icons
SnapTap - use volume buttons as camera button
WiFiFoFum - Gives a decent list of specs for available wifi signals
Winterboard
3G Unrestrictor - Enable 3G Only apps/features to run on wifi
WiFi Sync - Wirelessly your iDevice with iTunes. Neat feature, but sadly it may have the WORST customer support in cydia. Wouldn't recommend it to be honest especially since it's $10.
Probably a dozen or so others but I don't have my iPad near me to check.Last edited by mortopher; 09-07-2010 at 02:01 PM.

You can always check in cydia what they do, might be a bit time consuming to write down here what each and every one of them does.

that's exactly what I wanted =D
Well most of them are self explanatory, but a few aren't. A short 5-word description would take a lot less time than going to cydia with the infamous "reloading data" =p
Mobile terminal not working? Didn't they update it for ios4? It works on mine..Last edited by Waleed786; 09-07-2010 at 01:54 PM.

I would add LockInfo (self explanatory, and from personal experience much better than intelliscreen) and Notified Pro (Growl type thing for iPhone... it has a useful feature where you could redirect push apps... so i get my email notification via Gpush and clicking ok would normally take me to Gpush but with this i can make it to go to mail) swticherplus beta (i like the torch function, lets you add taskbar on the lockscreen)

sbsettings - puts frequently used controls in an easy to use pop up window
bosspaper - winterboard replacement, less resource hungry
five column spring board and dock - add 1 more row so you can squeeze more icons on per page
agent faker - view web pages as if you were on a pc, no more forced mobile sites.
Open SSH
Backgrounder - keep apps running in the background for real, not like the iPhone 4 garbage.
MxTube - download YouTube videos direct to your phone
that's about it.Last edited by Madman604x; 09-08-2010 at 09:39 AM.

I actualy did buy the app. I was reading from cydia on my 3g which i use for testing things on, and that still had the cracked version. I ALWAYS buy apps that are worth the money.
anyway, some great apps coming out, keep them comin.
I beg to differ on the "iPhone 4 garbage" background. Yeah so it doesnt keep ALL apps in saved state, but its far less RAM hungry, i had 14 apps running on my 3gs (Well i say running, they were in the backgrounding tab) and I still had 50-60mb.
Also can anyone tell me, If i have winterboatd but havnt ever used it or opend it yet is it still using RAM? i dont need it right now anyway and i only downloaded as i thought i mite need it. thanks guysLast edited by Sailor-girl; 09-08-2010 at 02:04 PM. Reason: Automerged Doublepost
