Problems with Bluetooth and Wifi

So, just started having problems with my bluetooth, my phone wont even turn on its bluetooth, I try to toggle it from SBsetting and also have tried to toggle it from settings and still nothing.
Tried uninstalling any and all new packages that I had recently downloaded from Cydia and still no change :/
annnd to top it all off, my phone says that it is connected to my wifi but everytime I try to load either a web page or twitter and it always times out

it happened to me once with wifi / 3G and i had to get a new handset from apple store.. (free though!)
