    Default deleting music without updating?

well short story short. i want to resize my music files so i can fit more onto my iphone without changing the firmware type/version, i still want it in its current state (jailbroken). is there a way that i can delete/remove the music to resize, or resize the music on it currently?

i already know about pwntunes, but dont really wanna pay just to do something simple like this.

sorry if this is in the wrong forum, felt like this was the most appropriate place for it...

    any help is appreciated..

thanks for the replys, but i have "manually manage Music and videos" enabled in itunes because i have alot more music then what the 8gb's on my iphone can hold. as for a blank playlist idk if that would do anything because i already have it filled with music (manually), i just dragged the albums i wanted onto my iphones icon when i first put music on it...

    any other ideas?

I just make playlists for what I want to put on the phone, since I also have more music than my 16GB phone can hold. You don't need to do the manually manage music thing.
