Cydia help please

Well I updated my iPhone 3GS to 4.0.2. Then downgraded to 4.0 Got it jail broke and now my cydia won't load it says (malforme-line-3-cydialist-problem) and won't refresh just say error. I tried to delete using ifiles with no luck. If I go to sources in cydia it's blank. No apps at all. My rock works still. Any one no how to fix this. I like cydia thanks!

Search for "Cydia Installer" on Rock and try reinstalling it from there

Tryed that to with no luck.

I tried backing it up from iTunes no luck ether.

Restore from back up probably isnt a good idea. Restore again and set up as new.

You do exactly what you did when you downgraded. Only you're not downgrading, you're restoring to the same firmware version.

Edit hosts file and shift-restore in iTunes, pointing to the downloaded 4.0.1 firmware.
