Help needed with adding email account

I want to add my colleger email account but it won't allow me it's a windows live account in this format [email protected] any help is appreciated

Do they have instructions somewhere on the site on how to setup an exchange account? The ones for the computer would work.

I would bet they are using an exchage account.

I know my college did for a while then they switched to gmail as the server.

So it may be hard to pin point.

its a windows live account im not sure if its exchange, but its in this format- [email protected] when i go to log in its where i log in to use my hotmail email also but i no that wont work cuz its a server at the school. i email the webmaster and told them to forward the message to whoever can help me with it so unless one of you would know.
