What is this icon?

This icon just showed up the other day and it won't go away. I've tried rebooting a few times, but it's still there. Anyone know what this is from and how to get rid of it? Maybe it's just me assuming this, but my battery seems to be draining a lot faster since it's been there.

Just a shot in the dark but is your bluetooth turned on. I know thats not the normal pic for it but you never know.

Thanks for the replies guys. I just figured it out. I installed iBlacklist to filter out all the telemarketers and that icon pops up I guess after it's blocked something.

you can turn off that notification in settings too
