Help!!!

I need help. I jailbroke and unlocked an iphone 3gs which was on 4.01. Everything worked fine. However because I was giving then iphone to someone, I did a reset,to make sure I deleted everyting. When the phone went to restart, all I got was a blank screen apart from the apple logo. Can anywaone help me with this please??? Thanks in advance guys, I know Ive come to the right place

Well if you jailbroken it then all u have to do is download firmware 4.01 then point iTunes to saurik servers and restore to 4.01 using shift (command) restore and you should be good

Its stuck on the apple logo, I tunes doesnt pick it up.

Edit, Ive managed to put it into recovery mode...but still neeed help
