Extention available?

Can I get an extension to plug into my iPhone? I often connect my tv to my iPhone to watch movie and iplayer so would like a longer cable to save me standing up to operate the iPhone. And it would come in handy when charging. Maybe 5 metres would be enough. Is there such a thing? Thanks

Yeah you can get USB extention cords. They sell them in stores and all over the Internet.

But there's no USB involved when plugging one end of the cable into my iPhone and the other end with the red yellow and white connecters. It's an extender for that cable I need. Thanks

Ah that kind of connection. For that you can get barrel connectors that will allow you to connect two RCA type connections together. So you'd connect one of those to each of the connections on the cord from the iPhone then hook up another set of a/v cords from there to the tv.
