Hi guys. Does anyone know how to fix 1600 itunes error?

You have to give us more detail than that. What generation iphone/ipod are you using? Did you use a pwned firmware? If you tried to jailbreak before did you save your ****? If you saved your **** and used tiny umbrella you have to click "kick my device out of recovery". No one put that **** anywhere and it gave me fits until I figured it out.

If you downgraded and it did this at the end, then its just stuck. Use recboot to get it out of the restore.
