    Default Deleting data on Iphone 2g?

    Hi,
    I think this is probably answered, I searched but couldn't find it.

    I am selling my iphone 2g to my friend and would like to remove my contacts, sms and safari history but still want to keep all the apps installed.

    Is this possible or I have to wipe everything.

    Phone is jailbroken and unlocked.

    just sync to itunes and have it NOT sync contacts and history.
    Being an i can be a lot of pressure. you have to live right up to the small point.
