Free Speck case from Apple Problems

I received a Speck iPhone 4 case with the cloth back from the free case promotion from Apple. The second day i had the case, threads all a long th edges of the cloth backing ripped out just from having loose strings that it was shipped with.

Would any kind of warranty apply here? I don't know who to contact, I cant find any Apple general support thing, only like hardware support and genius bar info. I sent a message to Speck but, anyone here have any ideas?

Oh, man that freaking stinks! I got the exact same case, but haven't had any problems with it. They should definitely replace it for you.
